Additionally, over the past 40 years, he has continued to regularly attend conferences, teach others, read, and research for several hours each and every day. Our Medical Director, Dr. Hodge, has over 65 years of experience in the health and medical field, beginning in High School when he worked at his local hospital as a lab tech, as an Army Medic, and later becoming a Medical Doctor. In contrast, many Functional practices today are run by Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, or laypeople. Many facilities use Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to do their injection therapies. Most have no formal training in musculoskeletal medicine.
