ARTC does not provide medical services to the ‘Public.’ We operate as a Private Membership Association to maximize our and your freedom, including health freedom. This includes your right to choose health promotion services that may be outside of the conventional ‘standard of care’ which we consider to be grossly inadequate.
As a Private Membership Association, we operate in the ‘private sector’ by contract and agreement which supersedes Federal, State, and Local laws and ordinances. It is the highest form of law, agreement between people. This is part of what taking responsibility for our own health and life is all about. If you don’t want ‘Big Brother’ (Big Gov’t, Big Pharma, Big Food, and Big Industry) to control your life, you must choose to act responsibly and take control of it yourself. We vehemently implore you not to comply with policies, dictates, or laws that are unlawful and limit your personal freedom and right to choose.

At Age Reversal Technology Center (ARTC), we are committed to treating and using protected health information about you responsibly. This Notice of Health Information Practices describes the personal information we collect, and how and when we use or disclose that information. It also describes your rights as they relate to your protected health information. This Notice applies to all protected health information as defined by federal regulation.
